With a background in midwifery and doula support, Carolyn wanted to further the support she could provide to her doula clients so she trained in clinical reflexology. She went on to train in Indian head massage and specialise in fertility, pregnancy and postnatal reflexology. Now, she no longer provides doula support and her practice is dedicated to complementary therapies, bringing a wealth of knowledge with her.
Although she's no longer able to provide support during births, she is still passionate about supporting people during the antenatal period and is able to share information and signpost to help people have the best birth experience possible.
